  • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and local Egyptian payment gateways.
  • Transactions will be processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may include currency conversion fees for international orders.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies/rules.
  • Punny Baby will not store, sell, share, rent, or lease any credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to third parties.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery time varies based on location:
    • Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
    • Other Egyptian Governorates: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries, and customs duties may apply (paid by the customer).
  • A proof of delivery receipt must be signed and confirmed by the registered customer.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
  • Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
    ✔ The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
    ✔ The product is defective.
    ✔ The product was damaged during shipping.
    ✔ The product is tampered with.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Customers can request a cancellation or replacement for an order under the following conditions:

✔ The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

✔ The product is defective.

✔ The product was damaged in shipping.

✔ The item was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.


7. Security & Data Protection

  • All payments are processed securely through an encrypted connection with our payment provider.
  • Punny Baby will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
  • We take appropriate security measures to ensure data privacy using both hardware and software protections. However, Punny Baby cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed online.

9. Restricted Transactions & Compliance

  • Punny Baby will NOT deal with or provide any services to countries sanctioned by the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s statement.
